This morning, tour this “City of a Hundred Spires.” A guided walk takes you through Old Town to the famed Charles Bridge. Then, travel to Hradcany for a guided tour inside Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure; see the Town Hall’s intricate 15th-century Astronomical Clock, spend some time in historic Wenceslaus Square or discover the city’s Jewish heritage in the Josefov Quarter. Tour the Bavarian city of Nuremburg where you will see the former Nazi parade grounds and the Palace of Justice, siteof the Nuremberg Trials. Visit the Old Town enclosed by ancient city walls. Founded in 902, Bamberg’s Old Town area is a beautifully preserved UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a walking tour past baroque patrician houses, and try the town’s famous locally brewed beer, Rauchbier. Lunch aboard; then cruise through the 106-mile-long Main-Danube Canal. Arrive in Miltenberg, disembark for a full-day excursion to Heidelberg, an ancient city home to Germany’s oldest university. An optional guided walk through the 700-year-old town of Bernkastel with narrow cobbled streets lined with half-timbered houses before lunch on board. Disembark in Trier: drive to Luxembourg where many soldiers lost their lives during the Battle of the Bulge in World War II. Cancellations
Once you have paid your deposit cancellation fees may apply if you have to cancel. Fee schedule is as follows:
a. cancellations 121 days or more prior to departure date - cancellation fee of US$100 per person;
b. cancellations between 120 and 90 days prior - a cancellation fee of 15% of full fare
c. cancellations between 89 and 60 days prior - a cancellation fee of 35% of full fare
d. cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior a cancellation fee of 50% of full fare
e. In the event of cancellations between 29 and 0 days prior - a cancellation fee of 100% of full fare
f. In the event that you do not board the vessel and have not provided at least 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled departure or sailing date, a cancellation fee of 100% of full fare
